I lived there 2 years, and found it real good. Awesome location, by the city park and very close to the mall, interestate and downtown. VERY PEACEFUL, quiet and clean apartment complex. There s a swimming pool open in the summer for the residents, and every apartment has a decent sized balcony if you are upstairs, or a little backyard if you are downstairs. The price is very reasonable. Maintenance guy and stuff at office was very efficient and fast. Back in the days we even had a FREE laundry room with a washer and dryer, for us to use, absolutely free. It was closed down a couple months before I moved out, but it was a great plus during the first year and a half. I miss that place, and would move back in if I ever go back to Burlington.

By the way, PETS ARE ALLOWED. You just have to pay a ridiculous fee, but they were allowed.
