Not What I Thought It Would Be I thought living at Summerlyn would be a great experiance.....boy was I fulled! Staff was great when I was looking at the aprtment but soon after move in they didn't give a crap. They call it a "gated" community but people park on the side of the road

Run While You Can I am so glad I moved from thes apartments. The rent maybe cheap, but as they say you get what you pay for. They use to cover water and sewage, but now they cost extra. The noise level from the neighbors and traffic is unacceptable. Think twice before you rent here!
