Please take these comments as the truth, do not give these people your money!!!! Living here has been one struggle after another. The issue that brought me to this site was that of a simple screen for the living room window. I moved in in October 2001 and no screen was present, as we speak it is February 2003 and I still have no screen. Now if that doesn?t prove incompetence I don?t know what does. There are also numerous incidences with water leakage. It will take maintenance about a month to fix the problem. They fix mold issues by spraying a solution from a spray bottle! I could go on and on about bug infestations, noise pollution, break ins, security, grounds upkeep but I think you get the idea.
