I didn't have too many problems with staying here. True maintenance was slow but once I went in and told them it had to be done it was. I stayed in a 3 bedroom which was very spacious and had a nice balcony. Parking was always good and so were my nieghbors, even if our parties got a little loud. The 3 bedroom apartments were very cheap, in fact I'm living in it again with only one person because the rent is cheaper then any 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. (It's $690 a month right now) The minorities stay to themselves and I always feel safe because I always see some police or security present. I recomend Abbey Court if you are trying to save your money on expensive yet smaller apartments.
