Abbey Court

First of all what's most annoying is the -------- playing some loud racket in their automobiles. The office has addressed the problem ONCE, but only ONCE! All they did was post the rules on every door.
(This problem is getting better now.)

The cleaniness is fair. The apartment is full of bugs, mostly tiny spiders. The good thing about this is that the spiders kill most of the incoming flies and tiny mosquitos. But, the bugs are still very annoying and make you feel followed.

The road construction is way below average. The apartment only puts a layer of new cenent on ONLY when the road is majorly cracked! You can sometimes fall over when riding a bicycle. In 2 years I've only seen them put a new fresh layer of paint on ONCE!

I have not experienced and security problems yet. But I've seen quite a few people get investigated by the police on the road near Abbey Court.

The only good part I can say are:

1.If you are Mexican, you wil find a lot of buddies.
2.This apartment is cheaper than average.
3.Abbey Court is on the J line and the C line is just across the street.
