A very strong latino community here.
While that in itself is no problem the issue is there is drinking that happens all the times outside the complex.
Beer cans and trash can be found easily ( esp on the weekends).
Groups of 3-5 guys( or more) just standing outside at cars in the parking lots, walkways, and apartment entrances at all times of the day and night( visibly smoking, drinking, and loud) as well as directly upon entering complex.
The noise level of the cars ( LOUD music as well as the tenants above and below apartment again loud with the music).
Roaches are also a major problem.
The inside of the apartment is a good size and with relatively low rent, however this is a case where you get exactly what you pay for.
It served my purpose for the short term, however I do not recommend the facility, especially to women.
