Don't rent here !! Its awful, roaches,everything falling apart. In my kitchen under neath the sink was all rotted out , from water leaks, mold was starting to grow. All maintenance would do is fix water leaks .Garbabe disposal hardly ever worked. I was constantly calling in for repairs and requesting that the bottom of sink be fixed. NEVER got replaced. Also mold in my utility room that never got taking care of from leaks.(see photo attached).
Managment got worse. The new lady (if you call her a lady) is VERY unprofessional.
She doesnt seem to care about the residents and their concerns. I was in the office one day and over heard her talking to an espanic resident about a problem she was having in her apartment ,the manager was being loud and rude with her. I thought that to be disrespectable to that resident. At least she could of talked to her behind closed doors of her office. It sounded like she was discrimating.
I find that its better to pay a little more money and get a beter place to live and a safer place. For the rent you pay here at Abbey Court its not worth it all they offer is Crime , roaches,hangout for drunks and poor management.
