I have varied thoughts on this place. The parking is fine but not well lit.....but there is lots of it.

The noise is , of course, a result of who you live next too. The walls are a little thin but otherwise, not bad.

The landscaping and appearance of this place are definitely the best things about it. It is very shady and wooded. Nice pool. If only the apartments were maintained as well as the grounds!

I know of some safety issues that have occured here but also found about others that the staff failed to inform us of. Hard to know how many others have happened that I don't know about.

The quality of the construction is better than any other apartment that I have seen in the area but even good construction requires some upkeep.

The maintenence staff may be nonexistant for all I know. You make maintenance requests and then see and hear nothing. You just keep on calling and they says, "yeah, we'll take care of that." Nothing ever gets fixed and no on eever calls to give you the status of the work order. That is pretty annoying. There are things on my move in maintenance list that never got addressed.

The office staff is as nice as could be but nothing ever gets done. They tell you that they are working on things or will get back to you but that is just to get you out of the office, NOTHING EVER GETS DONE!

Overall, nice place, nice staff, no maintenance staff that I can tell, pretty safe, rent ok. Just bring your own hammer, screwdriver, and drano
