I would agree with other people on this board - I have had a real problem getting maintenance issues addressed. There are items on my move in list from 2 months ago that haven't been addressed. Over a month ago the ceiling in the bathroom flooded from the upstairs neighbor and maintenance still hasn't come to repaint the ceiling. It took weeks after we moved in even to get some touch up paint for the walls. I like the apartment, but I'm terrified something bad will happen and I won't be able to get it fixed.
