After reading many of these reviews, I have to say that Sterling Brook is by far the best deal in the Chapel Hill area.
We moved in at the end of March and the staff and maintenance crew have been nothing but accommodating and attentive! All of the problems we have reported have been addressed within 24 hours as promised.
The amount of light our unit gets is wonderful. The appliances work great and the a/c system is very quiet! The landscaping is the best we've seen in the area, always beautiful and blooming.
We are happy and looking forward to the next two years here!
