I am a graduating senior at UNC just finishing up my 1 year lease, and Sterling Brook has been a pretty good place to live. Its one of the nicer looking apt complexs in carrboro and I got a pretty good deal on my 1 bedroom through a UNC Housing fair. Very quiet place, which I like. Free gym membership is awesome, and the gym is renovating and gets nicer everytime we go. The office staff is nice but somewhat airheaded, and they tend to take looong lunch breaks and disappear. The maintenance guys who have worked the whole time ive been here have been really outstanding, they almost always come the same day we call and we havent had any problems at all. Overall, a very nice place to live.
