Lovely interior architecture, with very open kitchen for such a small-sized apartment. Ample closet space for newlyweds.
Some 1 Bedroom bathrooms are rather cramped, you have to sit sideways on the toilet to close the door--note that when viewing apartments with "garden tubs". No overhead lighting in bedroom which is a pain in such a large room. Would recommend for people to spend additional money (if they could afford it at these rates) to get the larger apartment with den.
Lots of irresponsible dog walkers--I frequently watch through my blinds as people allow their canines to do their business on common areas without regard to picking up the mess (there are pet baggie stations all over the place).
If you?re not centrally located, be prepared to do A LOT of walking to the mailboxes, dumpster, pool, or office--and watch out for cars that fly over the speed bumps while you?re getting there, they don?t always slow down.
Many cars were recently broken into with stereos stolen--no real security in the lots. The vehicles were only noticed when a police officer drove by on his regular patrol.
On the plus side, appliances were like brand new and cleaned before we moved in and the carpet was pristine
Overall, if you don?t mind messy college students and dog droppings which no one seems to get penalized for, go for it--not worth the price of doing so, though.
