Outstanding, relative to local conditions. Very friendly and professional staff. Every time I had a maintenance issue, no matter how minor, staff arrived within hours to fix the problem. Grounds are well maintained.

Excellent bus service to the university and university hospitals. Located on several major bus lines, including an express bus during peak hours.





Parking is a problem. If you arrive late at night, be prepared to park on the opposite end of the complex and take a little walk. Don?t park in one of the multiple handicapped spaces (which are never used); you will get ticketed by the city.





Although floor plans on the Net show fireplaces, only a handful of the units actually have them. I rented my apartment online and was disappointed to discover that it did not have a fireplace when I arrived.
