Very good place

I lived at Autumn Woods for 2 years (with 2 roommates) during my graduate study at UNC-CH. I never really had any complaints about the place. It was always clean, the apt was sufficient (for what a graduate school stipend could afford), and the community was great. There were two bus stops and a choice of 4 buses you could take (depending on time, day, and where you wanted to go). Even though you could always find a place to park, sometimes it was difficult parking in front of your own building....though a little walk never hurt me and I barely used my car anyway. Overall the place was quiet, though every once in a while you got a noise from a few people getting dropped off by a cab, but that lasted a whole 5 minutes. I never heard my neighbors at all except during Carolina basketball/football games when everyone was yelling at the TV (including us). The grounds were VERY well-kept, the place was always nice and the groundskeepers were very friendly. There was one problem with the fact that my room would either be 10 degrees cooler (winter) or 10 degrees hotter (summer) than the other rooms in my apt....my roommates called my room, "the cave". I?m not quite sure if there was enough insulation in my room since this room was the only one exposed to the outdoors on two sides.
