I have been very satisfied while living at Autumn Woods. In fact, we are having to move this summer simply b/c we all are in grad school in Durham, and the drive is just too much (w/ the gas prices what they are!). However, I have no complaints with this apt. It is very roomy, the bathrooms (in the 3 BR, at least) are HUGE...lots of counterspace in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Another plus which is hard to find is that all 3 bedrooms are remarkably similar in size...most apt's with 3 BRs always have a SUPER-TINY 3rd bedroom. THat is the trouble we've run into while looking for somewhere to move. What else' The staff has always been great - always helpful and friendly. Once, I went downstairs to use the copier in the computer room and it was broken; however, I asked one of the staff if I could use theirs and she let me come behind the desk and go into her office and use hers! The pool is great, and for this to be a community w/ a lot of college students, the noise level is phenomenal. I have never been bothered with other residents during the day or night. Overall, it's been great living here and I am sorry to have to move.
Granted this place is a little pricey, but peace-of-mind is worth it if you ask me.
