I have lived in Autumn Woods for 9 months and am quite pleased with my decision to live here. Overall, the apartments are in great shape - spacious rooms, ample closet space and up-to-date appliances. The community of mostly families and graduate students was a much welcomed break from the undergraduate atmosphere of other nearby areas. Parking on weekend nights was a bit scarce on occasion, but never more than a safe one-minute walk from the next building over. Office staff generally was helpful, more recently since change in management. Maintenance was also responsive, never more than 24 hours. Overall, recommended for those looking to escape the undergraduate atmosphere of Chapel Hill apartments
