Very nice place to live

I lived here for a year while finishing graduate school. It is by far the nicest apartment I have rented in NC or elsewhere. Yes, the prices are a little steep, but you get what you pay for. The only problem I encountered was that there was a lot of condensation on the windows so they needed to be wiped down regularly (from the inside) to keep mold from growing. Otherwise, a great experience.
