He is rude, arrogant, ignorant and usually makes his presence known when you first move in. He acts as if he owns the place and treats everyone he encounters with disrespect and an out-of-control ego. He insults residents with stupid remarks and does the least possible to appease folks when there is a problem with an apartment. The apartments are too pricey to have to endure this type of nonsense. We're moving out when our lease is up this summer (following those who were eager to do the same this spring).

These are people that probably create problems wherever they live. They are NEVER happy.
