I love living here!! The apartments are so nice and well maintained. Inside and outside the apartments are bright and new. I also love my neighbors. The environment is so peaceful and I have always felt safe. When I first moved to Chapel Hill I didn't know anything about apartments in the area. I ended up living in the ghetto. I broke by lease at that complex and moved into Autumn Woods. It was the best thing I ever could have done.

The maintenance staff is wonderful. The lady, Natalie, is so nice, competent, and very thorough. The older guy, Tom, has a great sense of humor and is very competent in his job. I have never had to wait more than a day for any maintenance request (most of the time it was taken care of the same day).

The office staff is super nice and helpful. There is the sweetest girl in the office, Laura, who is the perfect example of southern hospitality. She gets an A in customer service. The staff will check your mail for you and even water your flowers if you go out of town. Everything about Autumn Woods is above and beyond. This is by far the best place to live in the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area!!
