I have been living in this apartment for more than 2 years, and have seen so many people moving out and new people moving in. Among those who move out, a lot were students, but a lot were also people who are mad at the managers and services. Instead of trying to make people's staying a positive experiene, the apartment managers really do not have "service" in mind, but quite arrogant and not willing to help.
