A great place to live and would have stayed there for another year if I didnt study abroad. The office staff was amazingly accomodating. Maintainence was excellend and prompt. Never felt unsafe at night. In fact, many nights were spent having fun at the playground. No complaints about the neighbors. The only lous thing about the apt was the proximity to fayetteville rd was is loud when cars go by at night. And there was the occasional mooing from the cows from across the street. But I love the place bc it felt like you were a little secluded from the hustle of chapel hill.
