I have lived at Autumn Woods for a year, and have been extremely pleased with the complex. My apartment is beautiful, and the landscaping is lovely. The staff is friendly, courteous and prompt. My neighbors are excellent, I never hear anything. A lot of graduate students and some families live here, and its stays pretty quiet. It is a nice safe area, but a couple of people have had their cars broken into. The staff was extremely prompt about posting notices all over the complex to notify residents of the situation. I have not had any problems of this nature. A Food Lion is located within walking distance, and a bus to campus stops directly in front of the complex. I have all new appliances, and I have not had to call maintenance for any problems with things breaking down. I have absolutely loved living here, and I would stay if I did not have to relocate out of the area for work.
