I've been in Autumn Woods over two years and have nothing but compliments. The apartments are well laid out and spacious for the price. Overall quality is comparable to Alta Springs for less money. The pool could be a little bit bigger but it's well maintained and the office staff (Laura and Brooke) are wonderful. They are very cheerful and helpful gals! The location is good, right off of 54 and you can hop into downtown Carrboro within minutes. You also have two grocery stores within 1/4 mile but the location is still quite peaceful. The community is quite mixed, mostly graduate students, young professionals and young families. A big thumbs-up for Autumn Woods!
