Autumn Woods is a great apartment complex! We have lived here for almost a year and a half and we have no complaints. We live on the 3rd floor, so it's very quiet (with the occasional slamming of the door by our neighbors). The apartment is cozy and we haven't had any major problems with it. If anything did go wrong, maintenance was there within 24 hours -- extremely fast service!

Parking is decent, although all parking spaces that are adjacent to a building should be "Reserved". The spots near our entrance are not and we sometimes have difficulty finding a spot (which proves especially difficult if we have groceries!). There have been a few break-ins, but the apartment office was diligent in notifying us. The few incidents were relatively close together, and we have seen any problems since.

The noise is pretty minimal. Most of the apartment complex residents are graduate students, young professionals, and small families. We live facing the pool, so it can often get noisy during the summer. We also hear the people that grille out all year long, so if there is a party down by the grill, it can get noisy. Fortunately, that's not something that a TV or a fan can't take care of.

The staff is really excellent at Autumn Woods, and I haven't had a single issue with them. The ladies are WONDERFUL and are always a pleasure to visit.
