My roommate and I were UNC students. We love this place! Very new apartment, friendly staff, good neighborhood, and it's on the bus route to UNC. The rent is a little bit higher than some other apartments in Carrboro, but it is definitely worth the money. The only drawback is that this property is hooked up with Piedmont Electricity, so the utility bill is higher (compared to Duke Energy). But other than that, everything is great!
