I have lived here for nearly 3 years. Berkshire Manor used to be great. We had an awesome manager and --- used to really care about us. She took the time to know us all by name and that's special. From what other residents have told me she got laid off in January. The office is supposed to be open 3 days a week, we are lucky if it's open for 3 hours a week! I can never get my packages, when I need to speak to someone in the office there is nobody there or somebody who doesn't know the answers or cares. A lot of people are fed up and are moving. I am going to be the next one too. If you want to live somewhere that people in the office care, that you can always find someone in the office to deal with any problems, then go somewhere else. Rent has gone up, customer service way down. I would not recommend living here.

I want to reiterate what this person has said. The response of the management has gone from outstanding to near zero. You have to contact them several times to get anything done.
