I just renewed my lease yesterday and am very happy with the property. The property is very well-maintained and I love the area of Carrboro. Anyone who is moving to Carrboro, you will love it because it is a lovely little town. I have lived at Berkshire Manor for the past couple of years and have enjoyed my apartment, the property's amenities, and the office staff. They have the office open five days a week now which is wonderful, and even if they happen to be closed for lunch I can always get a package. I just call Berkshire Manor West, and one of the girls brings it over! Great apartments in a lovely community.

Lies! The office is now closed for days at a time. They are NEVER open! This review was probably posted by the management.
