We moved into Berkshire Manor West July 2005, and were a little scared with how the place looked. Not that it was that bad, just a lot of work going on. We have not had a single problem with our stay here. We have really enjoyed the great deal, and the management has been great. Most times that we have called for a repair, we have had someone over within the day. I just wish the pool was up a little earlier than it is anticipated. But they are working on it.
This would be a great place for a college student who needs to save a little money, and wants to be in a place that is pretty quiet.
