We lived in this apartment for a full year, from June '05 till May '06. I am not sure where to start. We had a major appliance break at least once a month, heat, a/c, etc. We had three incidents of pipes bursting and causing the ceiling to collapse in the apartment below us. When they fixed the pipes they left huge holes in the wall behind the stove and in the cabinets. We had roaches that began crawling through the holes. When we complained we were told that "there was nothing they could do". Basically they slapped a new coat of paint and told everyone they had renovated.
