I'm a college student and have waited to write my review after having lived here for at least a few months. So far, everything has been wonderful. Upon move-in, my apartment had been completely renovated and was extremely clean. The office staff and management are absolutely wonderful and always remember me by name although I've only stopped by once or twice so far. They go out of their way to make tenants feel at home by sending out detailed community newsletters and organizing fun activities for the entire community (ice cream parties, cookouts, easter egg hunts, etc.). I've had the air stop working for a few hours -one- time and it was fixed within a couple hours of me letting the office staff know. The pool is beautiful and always clean (unlike most complexes), the neighborhood is very quiet, and I feel extremely safe here. It seems like this new management is really making an attempt at creating a wonderful living environment for both families and college students. I love this place, and with free water, cable, and internet, I feel that it's a steal! I would recommend this place to anyone.
