I've lived at Berkshire Manor West for over a year now and have been very pleased with the excellent maintenance staff as well as the prompt and friendly service I get from the manager and the office staff. If past residents have had problems with their apartment they must have brought it on themselves, as I have several friends that live here and we all agree on the wonderful experiences we've had here.
The office staff is always friendly and caring, and works to get any issues I've had done as quickly as possible. They're always open to questions and have worked to make me feel comfortable in my new home since moving to North Carolina for grad school.
--I've even referred several people from my graduate program to live here, and their resident referral program is awesome!!
Also, I have to say that I've never had such a good experience with maintenance as I've had here. The guys that come out are always prompt and courteous--something I've NOT always experienced in other apartments.

My apartment is fully remodeled and comes with the cable, internet, water, and washer/dryer included--for the price I pay there's no way you can beat it--I have friends that live in way smaller apartments and pay alot more--with nothing included!!! I've read the reviews on here and these people must just be angry about something that was their fault in the first place. I've had a great time and I'm renewing again next year!
