BMW was a great fit for me from the start. Not only was it the most economic option around, but the management and maintenance staff were both very friendly and attentive at every moment. Although I had a year-long lease, I only lived there for about a total of 7 months and subletted (or added another tenant to my lease) for the remainder of the time. The management staff was helpful to the point of offering to send leads of potential tenants my way.
I always felt safe, found parking spots right in front of my building, and enjoyed the proximity to the post office, grocery store and other conveniences.
