I've only lived here for a year, but I recently renewed because the property has better customer service than any apartments I've lived in. I read some of the bad reviews, and I have to say that any problems that have popped up have been taken care of within 48 hrs and have not occurred again. The property is right next to restaurants, HWY 54, and downtown carrboro is not even 5 minutes drive away. I've never felt unsafe, they have a courtesy officer. All in all, it's a great community. The staff has made me feel very welcome.
**Also, to those who say there is a bug problem...they use orkin, and there is no longer this issue. Definitely taken care of
