I recently moved in and I'm already anxious for my lease to expire!! Before signing the lease, I was given a tour of the 2-bedroom model. I was pretty pleased at the workmanship of the newly renovated kitchen and bathroom and impressed with how clean everything was. So, I signed the lease and moved in immediately. It only took one week for me to notice the roaches and the mice.....YES, mice! There is mouse feces all over the inside of my kitchen cabinet below the sink! Above the cabinets in the kitchen, there was a large quantity of hatched and unhatched roach eggs. The apartment was filthy, my shower drain was clogged with the previous tenants hair, and the window, AC, front door, shower head, and just about every kitchen appliance required maintenance! When you turn on the AC, the air smells of mold. So, if you're allergic to mold, you're screwed. The windows are extremely thin and flimsy; you can clearly hear everything that is going on outside and the draft is bad enough to make the curtains billow. The hallways/stairways are disgusting and never get cleaned - tons of insect carcasses, spider webs, and trash everywhere!

PROS:
The staff are all very pleasant when I visit the leasing office (which is almost every day to report a new maintenance problem, request pest control service, etc.) and there is definitely an ample amount of parking. That's about the only two positive aspects to living at BMW.

If only someone had mentioned all of this to me before I signed the lease.... x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
