We recently moved to a two bedroom plus den unit in the complex. We were scheduled to rent a garden apartment that had been vacant. When we arrived, we were told that the unit had been extensively damaged after a hot water tank explosion and that we would not be able to live there for up to a month. We were offered a different unit - more money - but with a washer dryer connection and on the second level. Overall, the apartment is decent and management seems to be quite good about making repairs. We were surprised to find that a garden unit may involve an entry that is below ground (Laverne and Shirley style) and that the breezeways leading to these units are dirty and musty. Management claims that they are in the process of improving the breezeways. All units have a security system, air conditioning, and a dishwasher. Our unit faces away from the parking lot and is very quiet. The price is right - it is not a luxury place but it is nice enough and very private.
