This place was cheap and they had three bedroom apartments, so we moved in. A huge mistake and we are literally counting the days until we can get out of here!





The office staff is terrible--there have been at least 5 different managers in the almost two years we've lived here, and they are getting progressively worse. The latest one has to be told at least twice about any maintenance problems before anyone comes to fix them. The worst part is that she acts as though I'm lying when I say that I've already talked to her about it before. If she has to be incompetent, she could at least be nice instead of snotty and mean.

Workmanship is terrible. They don't fix things right and as a consequence, the units just keep getting worse and worse. DO NOT believe that all of the apartments are as nice as the model--in fact they are much much worse!

The stereo was stolen out of my car here. The cops are here more than I like to admit.

They hook you in with a good special and then raise the rent exponentially! If you're willing to move after a year, and you're really low on funds, it might make sense to move in here for one year on one of the good specials. But don't plan on staying any longer than that!
