I've lived in this apartment complex twice, now and once in the late nineties. My first experience here wasn't too bad, but then Triangle Communities took over. Since I'd had a bad experience with them previously, I moved out. I moved back in two years ago because there was a deal... wasn't worth it! There's someone different in the office every day, and if you call maintenance, good luck! we didn't have AC for over a MONTH in the middle of the summer, and it took them over a week to fix it, because the old maintenance head had left, and they didn't know we were still having the problem!!! The plumbing in our building is old and rattles hideously, our heat went out in the winter and it took them two weeks to fix it. And let's not even get me started on the broken bottles, nails in the parking lot, and the way the garbage piles up at the dumpsters. Little children are running around in the parking lots and their parents are nowhere to be found. I have only scratched the surface of all the incredibly horrible things that happened to us while we lived here. Things that should have been fixed were not. Avoid renting at any place owned by this management company.
