I believe that the reputation of this community is lingering too long. New management has made great strides in improving the property. The whole site is getting redone, inside and out. Maintenance is friendly and helpful. Office staff is always willing to help. I love all the room I have in my apartment. I like the location. I would recommend Carolina.
