I was quite impressed by their Showcase apartment when I was preparing to move in. Soon I realized that I made a mistake. It's always hard to find service staff when you have problems within the apartment; my car experienced hit and run during my stay; we had one night out of electricity with frozen temprature, but nobody helped until the next morning; the management was very arrogant and sophiscated--You never feel youself like a customer before them. Be very careful with your lease...
In all, it's a situation that could make you very depressed!
