Carolina apartments have come a long way in the past 2 years. They have really done some nice work on the inside of all the units. The grounds are clean and I haven't had any problem since living here. I think the office staff is friendly and very helpful. Anytime I have a problem in my apartment maintenance has been there within 24 hours to fix.
