I was impressed when I took a look at the model house, but don't be fooled. The interior was quite spacious and not-too-bad, but the quality of the apartment is very depressing. Here are some problems I'd like to share:

1) Extreme roach problem during warm/hot seasons. This was the biggest problem I had, and I spent lots of money, time & energy dealing with cockroaches. During peak times, I just had to expect cockroaches every time I went to the kitchen. Always be careful while walking at night not to step on those giant roaches, too.
2) Horrible management. Will not get back to you unless you bug them. Other ladies are fine, but the current manager is very rude and hot-tempered.
3) Alcohol everywhere. You'll see people hanging around outside with beers, Tequila, etc. You can easily spot beer cans here and there.
4) Trash everywhere. Just everywhere.
5) Safety issue. The place is quite sketchy, and you can see guys hanging around evening or night time - alcohol involved.
6) Always noisy. I can always hear people running around and yelling. A lot of times, people socialize in front of cars with music turned on.

There was a family across my place, and the guy was saying that he couldn't stand this place, even though his lease hadn't expired. He was saying that he'd rather live in a project back in NY.
