While everyone appears to be very nice, my living in this apartment was awful. My apartment was VERY dark, as it was an UNDERGROUND, WOODS apartment (I was originally given a 1st floor, GROUND apartment). Upon move-out, I discovered a literal infestation of centipedes and milipedes, which I had complained about profusely BEFORE move-out. The spray that was used was not adequate for the apartment I was living in. Too dark, no alarm systems, and my plumbing also busted. It took the maintenance guy several days to complete the work. Perhaps that was because there was only one maintenance man.
