You can get a good value at a little less than $600 for a one bedroom in an area that is not the ghetto, but...
You aren't close enough to town to walk or bike anywhere.
Difficult to head west on 40
New management is basically incompetent, but nice
Have been without on site repair for months
Decline in the # of students and increase in the # of sketchy residents [see management above, old management gave a discount to attract students and new apparently does not]
Also maintenance even when it was on site was pretty bad.
Poor insulation=high energy bills
All in all not recommended.
