I have lived here for 2 years now and am still in love with the place. Granted, they do need to find a new maintenance person soon, but everything else is wonderful. The noise level is as close to zero as possible. The neighbors are all nice. The manager is sweet and tries to help you out with whatever you need. I have never felt unsafe here and never had any problems with safety. Parking is never a problem. The apartments are somewhat small, but the coziness and nice large deck makes up for it. Overall, I love this place.
