Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
Current management doesn't do much (last management mulched yearly, pressure washed the buildings, etc.) and the place hasn't been painted in a LONG time. Do not rent on the ground floor, as stereos and chatter will be right out your window as cars pull up. Electricity in the summer is $75, in winter $100/mo. Another unit I was in it was only $35/mo in summer, but it was under trees!!
Not a lot of loud undergrads compared to the rest of town, but I agree with another reviewer that current management is letting more sketchy folks in. They still haven't replaced the maintenance guy who left (and he would fix your a/c on a 95o day when it went out!!)
