I have lived in this apartment for two years and seen the entire complex go downhill. There is no hope of an on-site maintenance man anymore, which might be okay if the A/C, dishwasher, or oven worked properly. In two years, the other residents have gone from friendly, pleasant people, to sketchy people who look - and act homeless. Parking lot is NOT well lit, and the management does not seem to care. The management here is listless at best, downright neglectful at worse. I'd hate to see the state of this complex in a year - thank goodness I'm leaving!
