I can't disagree with the last review more. The old management kept the place in decent shape, was friendly, and the on-staff maintenance was always prompt. The new management, actually, new owners have made the outside of the apartments look a little better with new paint but they have have blocked a major pathway to the street with large rocks....on which I walk over anyway, but it is just an nuisance when walking to the bus in the morning because several times I've almost twisted my ankle. Also for a long time they only had one maintenance person on staff, and while a nice older gentlemen he could only do so much. Even now that they have two, yes two maintenance men, the response time between the management in the office and them is rediculously slow. I've gone many weeks the last three months without air conditioning. The power bill was nice though. Yes, the Apts. have large balconies. Thats about where anything good that can be said stops. Even the foundation is sinking causing big cracks in the walls that have been poorly fixed with large gobs of putty. Oh, and the rent has gone up for NO good reason. Can't say I recommend this place.
