When I moved to Carrboro I was bringing two Doberman Pinchers with me. The Chateau is the only apartment complex in the triangle that didn't flat our refuse. After seeing the paperwork of my dogs' trainings, the manager was happy to rent to us. The complex has an on site dog field which is regularly maintained and a good community of dog owners living there. Adjacent to the dog field is a heated hose, heated year round to 104 degrees F, in accordance with APS suggested water temperature to wash a dog. No dog hair in the shower!
Furthermore, all the apartments are the same layout, and all 1 BDR, so no kids.
