It would be an okay place if not for the sleazy lying cheating landlord. He thinks he is above the law. Get everything in writing. Heck, get a lawyer to look at the papers before you sign them. He will tell you one thing when you move in, but then if you have any problems he will try to weasel out of fulfilling his responsibility or abiding by what it says in the lease. Take photos of everything when you leave; a video if you can. He will invent false charges in order to keep your deposit. He claimed we broke the ceiling fan! It was running fine when we left! He claimed that we were storing tobacco in the fridge! It was sparkling clean when we left, and WHY would we put tobacco in the fridge' Those are just two examples. Also, the living room window does not open. And you're not allowed to have a screen door of any kind. So if you want fresh air, don't go there! The A/C and heater sounds like a jet engine and so does the bathroom fan. The grounds are mosquito ridden. Just forget it and go to the complex down the block, seriously.
