I am a 2nd year UNC law student, and reviewed several apartment complexes in the area. I set my base rent no higher than $625/month. I then went to apt. ratings to review the opinions of the complexes I narrowed my decision to. I was intrigued by some of the negative opinions posted about The Chateau. After reviewing the property, I was amazed at the cleanliness of the property/apartments and the well kept grounds. With that in mind, I chose The Chateau. The management does follow strict guidelines, but I have a safe, clean and affordable apartment that I am proud to bring guests to. I have recommended this property to several incoming grad students.
